The state of anxiety and worry with mental tension is called stress. Your mental stress is caused by a difficult condition. Everyone has stress to some extent. Stress may disturb your daily activities. You would not feel any happiness. Stress directly affects your mental health. It can disturb your personal, family and social life.

Stress causes physical, emotional or mental strain. Stress, if occurs for long time is known as acute stress. Short term stress is just lasted for some time. Your own strategies can diminish stress from your mind. Stress makes your mood angry and emotional.  You cannot concentrate; you feel regular worries, anxiety and trouble in memory power.

Stress changes your mood and you have high blood pressure. It slowly collapses your emotional and physical health. It affects in your daily behavior also. It creates fatigue.

Due to stress, your family can be disturbed. You might shout in small matters. You can not feel any joy in relation with your spouse. Not only that your off mood would create unhappy mood for every members. Your stress concern with work, family expenditure, relationship, parenting, and financial problems.

1.       Share your feelings with your beloved wife:  A husband has an intimate partner, she is his wife. So, if you have any problems that cause stress, you can share with her. Some hidden problems that stress you like keeping illegal and immoral relation you may not share but you are good and honest you can share your all problems with your wife. She can guide you or minimize stress according to her own plan because she has also the equal responsibility to run home.

2.       Give enough time to personal hygiene and family: You must make daily routine to maintain your personal health.  Eat good food and make good health. You must think about the health of your wife and children. It reduces your stress and you may forget all the pain and suffering. Your stressed mind may get more stressed but you can discuss with your family about the stress arise factors and solutions too.

3.       Go to visit somewhere and engage in fun: Your stress may cause by marital relationship. Sometime you can forget your duty and responsibility. Sometime you need privacy and entertainment, you can take your spouse or partner where you get privacy and enjoy. Family matters can disturb in your personal relation so, you can go somewhere together, where you two only there and share your stress and find out some solution.

4.       Stop clicking on news channel and social media: Your stressed mood can be overloaded with more stress if you connect with media at home. You give your time to family. You can share your feelings, anxiety, worry and problem. Your engaging habit with social media, increases mental stress due to unnecessary news and views. So stop media at home. If it is necessary also give few minutes only for headlines.

5.       Follow your hobbies: You can do gardening by planting new plants in your garden. You can cut and trim the tress. You can cook delicious food for family members and serve it. Help your wife to wash dishes and clothes too. You can tell jokes and create sweet home with sweet love.

6.       Stop grumbling: You know your home is your temple. Sometimes it is needed sounds of bell and hymns. Sometime it needs peaceful silence. You must stop grumbling and complaining. Give enough time to express others and be a good listener.

7.       Keep positive thoughts in everything: Doubts destroys your inner happiness, and kills all the joys of family life. Keep positive mind. Less spend but do not be a miser. Enjoy in every moments of life. Forgive in mistakes and ask forgive too. You must release your stress with positive mind.

8.       Forget the past and connect with God: God is an emotional power that makes you alive. You have to forget your bitter past, its mistakes and go forward with positive mind. Leave everything upon God and continue your duty as a good husband, good father, lovely brother etc.  When you understand your role and pray for good, it reduces your stress gradually.

9.      Prioritize Sexual Relationship:  To release your mental stress, sexual relationship can play vital role. Keep physical relation in sweet agreement between you and your spouse. It gives you inner strength that somebody is deeply attached with you. This immense emotional and body bond helps you to reduce stress at home. You know, bad relation has destroyed family life so, you must keep healthy relationship.

10.   Keep calm and focus on stress management:  Stress comes due to uncontrolled behaviors. It causes angry mood. So, stay cool and control your negative thoughts and action. You must focus on stress management. If stress is severe, you should consult with your family doctor.
