“I am mentally disturbed. What should I do now?” One day my, dear friend Rosette asked. She was returning from her office. She is middle aged woman. She works at school. She has many complaints about her recent life. She explained about her mental problems. My life is not going well as my desire. I have over thinking and hypertension due to many ups and downs. When I feel terribly sad, I imagine that everything is being collapsed.”

She continued,” I am not able to cope with my ongoing mental stress. I am many fears on my heart; I am not able to accept criticism. I feel always doubt in everything. I have many questions concerning with a small matter also. My mental health condition is degrading due to over thinking. I am a pessimist now so suffered by excessive worrying.”
"It is making me sick. I am not happy but I don’t have any choice. I have to do job. I know life has full of struggle which gives much undesired circumstances. I am not able to enjoy with my husband and child too.” She further added.

She starts to cry, I heard tearful voice very seriously and I suggest her to apply some tips to tackle mental disturbances. I told her that chronic worrying is distressful. Mainly worries about future haunts us every one of us in this world.
But, there are some strategies that you can also apply to break your mental disturbances with Rosette. Let’s talk about it.
1. Collect courage to build self-esteem and confidence:

When you lack courage, you lack self-confidence and self-esteem. Constant pressure of feeling failure decreases your inner confidence. Excessive worries starts to dance on your head and you lack joyful life.

You have to keep deep connection between your strong thoughts with decisive manners. You have to think that ongoing life is easy and wait to fight upcoming challenging life as a warrior.

2. Share your pain:

Share your pain with your loved ones. You can share with your best friend or if you are married share your worries with your spouse. Discuss about the root of mental disturbance. Find out some solutions together.

How much you able to express your inner worries with them that much you feel lighter and comfortable. It is an easy and cheap way to maintain peace on your mind.

3. Cut constant thoughts:

By listening music or reading a particular books, you can reduce your mental disturbances. You know constant thoughts are your major enemies so be busy always by doing something new.

You have to live familiar life; do not cross limit, keep calm and try to enjoy what you have on your hand right now.

4. Express yourself: Do not hide yourself.

Make ready to face every problem. Do not think that, you are the only one, who is carrying the whole burden of the world. Write something about your mental health. You have to express your worries by watching emotional and inspirational movies.

You can write your own story of pain and loss. You can write a letter. You can write a diary. Do not keep social distancing. Try to connect with people.

5. Glorify your value:

You are a child of God. God’s grandeur gave you this valuable life. You have to praise your own potentialities. Do not feel guilt in defeat, win and lose are parts of life. Take it easy man; you are the gems for your family and friends.

Everyone has ups and downs, so keep the mind away from negative thoughts. Think you are the
master of your own life and enjoy.
