Today's human is badly affected by busy schedule of life. They don't know about everything else in this world besides the money. They have to work hard. They need money to manage their lives.  They believe happiness comes through money. Its obvious that everyone must do the work. But working with ignoring  self esteem is really harmful to maintain mental health.

Nowadays, modern people have different mental health issues. Hopelessly they're struggling for success. Depression is disturbing them. Anxiety is burning inside the mind. Feelings of inferiority is playing crucial role to down mental health .

They are deeply connected with cell phones.Their fresh minds are corrupted by those blue rays. The burden of blue rays has significantly reduced the good mental health of inhabitants of this blue planet. People have been found a way of life when modern technologies invented. But, the addiction to technology has been slowing the physical activity and proximity among the people.

Modern minds are busy in becoming a viral character.  As far as being concerned about becoming viral, the emotional health is being collapsed gradually. Machine mindset has determined the happiness that is really a burning issue. The inner satisfaction and inner strength is in decreasing phase. Feelings of inferiority is a crucial point to deteriorate their mental health.

When a person sees the real world, the time goes far away. His mind becomes vacuum. He can't even tell his inner feelings to others. He lost his key role in life. He is frustrated with his own life. He doesn't have time to correct the management between duty and life. These factors should be considered seriously otherwise maintaining mental health looks impossible.

Everyone borns with their fate. They dream to success. They believe in awesome and marvellous life. But, poverty, unemployment, love failure and fear of losing something has been increasing mental stress in the human mind since the birth.

Thoughts that rooted in mind:

What a wonderful experience!
Wow awesome!
Hurray! I win.
Splendid! work.
What a beautiful achievement!
Cheers!
Excellent quality of life.
How joyful!
Congratulations!
By God's grace! Many happy returns of the day!

Happens in real life:

Damn life!
Ah painful!
What a shame!
How awful!
What a pity!
How disgraceful!
Alas! So sad! Ah! Oh! Lost everything.
How tragic!
God this is embarrassing!
How terrible life it is!
How disgusting!
What nonsense!

Solutions are:

Keep patience!
Beware!
Think about yourself!
Take it easy!

Praise Thyself :

A modern man is lacking a useful idea to realise that human life is doomed by unnecessary thoughts. Jealousy is cutting their happiness daily. Ego is hurting them in every moment. Different fears and phobias are disturbing their behaviours. Overall their mental health problems are not addressed properly. No one is ready to talk about mental health status. They are living in snobs and just simply replying with make smile, " Yes, I am fine."

Here is no one for you besides your family. Some good friends can be seen but nowadays they are also detected only in the curtains of reels. The story of tears secretly hides in the face of hypocrisy. Nobody judges as a human, they need a character and they portray you in their selfish designs. Those sad circumstances lead to anxiety and mental stress. You slowly grow into a mentally ill person.

To overcome this problem, you must have confidence in yourself.  Praise your parents for giving birth. Love your family the most. Don't forget that you are  mother nature a beautiful creature. You had born with tears, pain is essential. So hide the pain and feel that your happiness with you.
Don't feel inferior. Don't be scared. Collect courage and fight against anxiety.

Count your value and give value to others too. Believe in God, believe in simplicity. Enjoy with whatever you have. Do your duty. Connect with nature. Go for walk and meet people.  Share everything but hide your secrets. Kick the ball in to sky and think that everyone must have to fall.

Look at the mirror. Don't forget to judge your inner strength.  Beware with naughty dogs natured human, they might scared you. Think about your life. Give enough time to your family. Forget the pains. Enjoy your mental health.
