Health is an expensive wealth. A healthy manpower performs his duty perfectly.  The boss and manager should pay attention to their staff’s mental health. A mentally happy staff gives his hundred percent efforts.

1.     Be Assertive:    First of all, you have to be a champion to fight against cunning minds. You must believe on positive declaration. You should follow an assentiveness nature. This type of nature increases your own valuation, which helps to release your mental stress. You have to assemble all your weaknesses pointed by your mischievous co-workers and you have to build up your positive mind.

 

2.    Be Committed:   Your commitment may reduce your mental stress at your office. It does not divert your mind from the nonsense backbiting from your co-workers.  It keeps your determination on form. It improves your well-being. It enhances attraction and retention as well as improves customer satisfaction and loyalty. The pure commitment promotes your reputation among the customers which must accept by your fellow workers too.

 

3.     Get Involved: You should not hesitate to show your potentiality to them. Don’t be back, go ahead and get involved in each and every activity. Demonstrate your commitment to improve the miser and selfish nature of co-workers. You should leave your shy nature and perform actively in every aspect. Your involvement from production to the marketing also play the crucial role to burn your envy friends with full of jealousy.

 

4.     Be Frank:  Either they humiliate you or oppose you; you must continue your hard work. You would call them on the chambers of their hearts gradually if you perform frank nature. Your friends go wild to finish you from the back but you should continue your duty. Your frank nature can shoot the arrow on their cons pirated hearts. You must give cordial smile to them and laugh in front of them; it makes their faces frowned. You will get real “Catharsis” in Aristotle terms.

 

5.     Be a Creative:  Your creativity makes you an active man. It provides you an extra support to improve quality of work and your life too. You can connect with other people and collect their new ideas and you can connect with social media and mass media that can give you innovative ideas. A creative man gets happiness inside the stressful environment too. You can write a poem, story or drama or an article.
