Sometimes strong emotions may derail the good environment. The nonsense boss type nature of your manager can be a cause of destroying your mental health. The physical distancing can create an isolated and rejected mind. The nonsense gossiping and back biting at office may collapse the sweet moments and the internal energy of workforce. If the workers are constantly under stress,  its harms your daily life. The working hours can feel lengthy; you may lose sleep at night. When you feel stress regularly the body reacts to stress in a wide variety of negative ways like broken moods, high blood pressure, insomnia, stomach pains, back pains, anxiety, stress, heartburn, and sensitiveness. It may cause higher risk of heart attack and weakened immune system.

Here are some ways to reduce stress on a daily basis:

Deep Breathing in Regular Interval:  Simple breathing exercises on deep breathing in regular interval are proven to reduce stress. The Apple Watch and most smart phones offer a breathing app. Deep breathing activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which controls your relaxation response. The slower and deeper you breathe, the more you are relaxed.

 

Loud and Open Laugh:   Loud and open laugh quickly release your mental stress. Watch on funny YouTube video, crack a joke among friends. You must not feel shy.  Laughter reduces your blood pressure and hormone levels and triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural pain killers. Laughter also boosts the production of t-cells in your immune system.

Keep yourself Cool and Calm: Cool moments regenerate your explosives mood at office. Sit in a quiet corner or stay away from the noisy and filthy surroundings. Take deep breath and be positive. Take the name of God and bring good thoughts. Forget social media and loudly noisy news headlines. Famous nurse Florence Nightingale wrote that “unnecessary noise is the cruelest absence of care that can be inflicted on the sick.” Silence also puts the brain into a mode called “self-generated cognition” where stress relieving mental activities like daydreaming, memory recall and idea generation take place.

Listen Soothing Music: Relaxing music can relax your psychological and physiological functions. A person who prefers soothing music will reduce stress and anxiety. It release mental pressure, depressive mood and improves mood. Study has proved that a worker actively performs his or her best jobs.

Walk Regularly:  A 10-minute walk, even around the office or in the garden, will increase cardiovascular activity and blood flow, which reduces stress. Even better, weather permitting, is a walk outdoors, where the senses can be engaged in nature and the change of scenery will help you put stressful thoughts out of your mind for a spell.

Worship Lord and Pray. Worship and pray to lord is emotionally comforting and spiritually uplifting. The Bible promises benefits to those who pray, and frequently reminds us that God hears and answers prayer. Psalm 94:19 says, “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy. It boosts your mental health status.

Develop Mutual Relationship and Intimacy:   Close your eyes and mentally remove yourself from a stressful situation when you develop mutual relationship and intimacy among staffs at office. Make good friends if not leave ego and office both.
