Your happy life becomes doomed. Your sweet  smiles get lost by troublesome circumstances. Joy and delight never comes on your mind. There is " The Big Monster" inside you i.e. "Anxiety and Mental Stress."

Due to hectic schedules of modern sophisticated life and industrial and commercial feelings of modern minds are increasing the number of stressed and anxious people around the world.

Unhappy, irritated and angry faces are exposed easily in small matters too. The teenagers of uncertain future and financially vulnerable modern mature are deeply affected by anxiety and mental stress. This circumstances is leading to the pandemic of mental health problems.

Do hard work and commitment listen complains and take positive compliments. Don't make false commitment. You must recite daily "Yes. I can."

The strong determination of your mind and soul makes you confident and mentally strong too.

Remove Fear and Collect Courage:

Loss of energies in every aspects of life can create fear. Fear causes mental stress and anxiety. The cowardice mindset cannot exist in this selfish world. So, you must collect courage to take critical decisions.

Stress and anxiety born due to fearful mindset. You may be in mentally ill condition when you fall in anxiety and stress. If you collect the energy " Yes, I can." Then it reminds you that you actually not lost. If fear overcomes you and then anxiety kicks in. So, be happy with whatever you have. Live in fearless world which can make your world beautiful.

3. Be humble with you and your surroundings:

You can transfer the anxiety and stress to your God. You have options to share your feelings with your belongings. Being honest and humble means not to surrender. Its boosts your morale. Keep faith on your capacity to fight with the big monster. Even you can keep deep belief on Almighty God. The pray of God heal your soul and remove your mental stress and anxiety.

• Anxiety and stress can be transformed into successful moments by your strong belief with positive mindset.

• Deletion of doubts and unnecessary questions eradicate the burden of anxiety.

• Being economical and selfless behaviors may release your mental stress and anxiety.

• Keep in touch always with your lovely spouse and god gifted children that makes you a responsible person ever.

• Pray to God, worship the greatness of God because all are children of God. Connect yourself with God's words and heal your vulnerable soul. At last you will able to defeat those two big monsters stress and anxiety easily.
