When I was young, I heard my parents and neighbors say that God resides in children's mouths. Their words are true. A child never lies. Children are the second form of God. 

Today I am almost thirty years old and I have my own family. I have a child. I am worried about various things like job, money, home finances, family health, social relations, tomorrow's future etc. It seems that sometimes these stress and anxiety lead me to depression one day. 

I have often consulted with a psychiatrist, written various articles on mental health, and preferred physical and mental exercises to maintain my mental health. How you live your life is in your hands. How you take care of your health is also in your own hands. 


One thing is true, it is difficult to find a person without worry in this world. But life is a journey of struggle, here it is forbidden to lose. To reduce the mental problems in my life, I searched for an effective home remedy at home i.e play with your child instead of on the laptop. Which helps in developing a fair and loving relationship between you and your child.

 You will understand the essence of your responsibility and parenting with ease. You will be able to find the intimate and loving atmosphere in your home that is lost in the busy world. Your child will appreciate your presence and appreciate your important role. By which your mental illness will be cured as well as your mental health will always be successful.


Today I am going to tell you about how you can fight mental illness by playing with your children at home and strengthening your mental health.  Give your child time to heal your mental illness is my advice.  How can you keep yourself mentally happy and healthy by playing or spending time with your child?  Let's follow the methods mentioned below:


 1.  The child makes you feel responsible:

 Happiness is gradually disappearing in today's busy and hectic human life.  People have lost their personal life, family life, love life, the future of their children, the happiness of their hearts in the competition for money and power.  

Your mental health is getting worse due to stressful life. Therefore, allocate some time of your life to your child, then you will understand how much responsibility you have.  By thinking about the future of your children, you will easily understand the importance of being born in this world, which will keep your mind under control and prevent your mind from becoming unstable.

 2.  Playing with your baby will make your stress disappear:

 You will enjoy comparing your past childhood with your baby's playing, dancing, crying.  When the child laughs, all your heartaches, worries, mental disorders, etc. will be clear and clean like the sky after rain.  Your mood will change.  You will feel happy and stress free.  Of course your stress will disappear.

3. You are also happy when the child's mental condition is strong: 

The emotional relationship that grows between you and the child when you are together strengthens the mental state of both. As you strengthen the child's mental state, your pain and anxiety will also decrease. It is true that your child may not have the instincts, talents, skills, and temperament as you think. Because every child comes with their own innate qualities. 

Based on that, their abilities and interests are also determined. However, family environment, parenting, friendships, education and initiation also have an effect on this matter. However, the children have innate qualities, as much as possible, they try to develop themselves accordingly. That is why it is said that every child is special.

4. Health benefits for children and parents: 

 As it is important for both parents to play with the child, it benefits both parents. The hormone oxytocin plays an important role in parent-child bonding and other social and emotional behaviors. 

Oxytocin levels increase when mothers engage in affectionate play with their infants and when fathers engage in play with their infants. More important here is that when parents play with babies, they release oxytocin. Your mental side is always strong.


5. Your mental stress will be completely reduced: 

 You may want to be alone when you come home from work, but give time to your child after you have rested and you will know the pure happiness that a child experiences when he is close to his parents. 

You will lose all your sorrows and pains in that child's smile. Just seeing the precious happiness emanating from that innocent face will reduce your stress and anxiety. You may feel guilty that why I didn't set aside some time to play and spend time with my child earlier.

6. You can refresh your memory of the past by: 

What was your childhood like? Stressed or overjoyed. What was it that you didn't get in your childhood and are you now able to give your child the happiness that you didn't get? Analyze. 

Start playing with your child and reminisce about your precious childhood. You will slowly get lost in the memories of the past and you won't know when the tears will come to your eyes. Your heartache and inner stress will all slowly come out. And your mind will be light and happy and your mental health will be strong.

7. Makes emotional ttachment to release mental stress:

 Your mental health is heavily dependent upon your emotions and feelings. Happiness increases satisfaction and it provides relief in your mental illness. Anxiety disorders can be eradicated by playing and passing time with your Lovely kids. They hugg you and kiss you. They love you and look for you. It makes you strong enough to tackle against mental illness.
