Happiness is the sources of inspirations to achieve success in the most difficult tasks of life. In this modern busy world, you do not have enough time to enjoy. You may feel isolated and fragmented, at that moment you need extra caliber. That   only possible through happiness which energies you to climb Mt. Everest easily.

Happiness differs from person to person; different people have different perceptions and conceptions of being happy. Whatever that may be, happiness is an essential feature of human life. Without it, life holds no meaning at all. It is not possible at all for a person to live their lives without   joy and Happiness.

Happiness is a key to get excitement in your life. It breaks your chains of unhappy moments. It provides you extra support to tackle with many obstacles in your life. A delighted mind thinks better, does better and gets better achievements. The blessed life in every aspect overwhelms with perfect happiness. By chance you may be failure in your performance but you may be contented at last.

Happiness belongs to you and your activities. Do not vex yourself. Don not give trouble to you. The wrong deed leads to unhappy and sarcastic situations. So, you should be determined and not allowing your emotions to affect your decisions. You must be hardihood. Your vulnerable thoughts spoil your goals of life.  When  you change the course of life in the regular interval, it asides your happiness too.

Happiness flourishes from entertaining and amusing moments. It prescribes the inner joy and strong attachment to do something. If you do the work with keen interest, it welcomes enormous happiness with huge success.

Happiness discourages a partition, separation, alienation, differences in opinion and disunion. It cumulates unity and integrity. It cultivates pure emotions of tension free mind. It believes to hug, to embrace, to fondle, to hold closely the lovely things. Happiness is a crystallization of human feelings and emotions.

Happiness is an automatic and unstoppable expression of a person. Sweetness of innocence child after getting lost doll, the pure emotion of a couple having their baby on arms, the killer smile of an adorable beautiful mermaid, the success in achieving goal of life etc, are some examples of happiness. Happiness is scattered in your surroundings, just you have to pluck it out by setting the real goals.

Happiness makes us alive. It   is the way of living. When you become sad, anger and frustrated, your happy mood is lost. Your whole day is lost.  When you want to be sad, it overcomes to you all the time. But, happiness is never long lasted.  Happiness is the name given to a feeling in which the states of contentment, consolation, love and happiness are revealed.

 

 

 

Happiness is Penetrable

Happiness is very short as human life. When you extremely laugh in the happy moment, suddenly tears drops from your eyes. Your happiness is as short your sweet smile. Human life is always suffered. There are a lot of things a person has to do. You can observe the life of Oedipus, Romeo and Juliet, Beowulf, Hamlet and Macbeth. Happiness comes in flash within a second, remains some hours and elapsed for long hours.

Human mind is inconstant so, happiness is also inconstant. But to be happy no need of big things too. A small things can bring billions cost smile in a poor lips. Disheartened person cannot get happiness. Discomfort mind cannot be happy.  Entangled soul cannot get inner joy. Dissembled person never get happiness. Agitation, perturbation looses inner happiness.

Happiness is essential to live in this selfish world. By hooking and crooking, people are running after happiness. They have different logic of being happy. Some sees happiness in available of material things. Some sees in luxurious lifestyles with full of money. Some believes happiness in selflessness, lavishness and thoughts of fraternity. Most of the people focus on material possession and well-being. In the completion of such materialistic desires of richness, full of wealth and luxurious lifestyles, they may lose themselves in doomed life.

How to Be Happy? Set Realistic Goal.

Realistic goal is one that you can give your current mindset, motivation level, time frame, skills and abilities. Realistic goals help you identify not only what you want but also what you can achieve. Realistic goals show your degree of progress. When you set up your goals, you must sure that each goal is realistically gettable. You must fix your destination. You have to draft your goal first and design to achieve. Your success depends on how you set your goal. Setting realistic goals maximizes your time, resources, energy and that boosts your will power for realistic goals.

Realistic goal is a key thing for happiness. It boosts your self esteem. It makes you energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and a good leader. If you have a realistic goal, you should need to study whether you are on track or not. You have to check your progress in regular interval. Make a smart goal that must be specific, measurable, attainable, and relevant.

You must focus on what you desire. You have to accept the possible changes and ongoing changes the life you want to live. You have to increase yourself development.
