Thousands and millions of people in the world are victims of mental illness and it affects them as well as their entire family.  It has been seen that every fourth person has a mental illness at some point or the other.  The biggest cause of this disease in the world is despair.

According to the World Health Organization, many people with mental illness shy away from getting treatment because they think they do not know what people will think about them.

According to a report by an organizations related to mental illness, about 50 percent of children aged 8 to 15 who had mental illness in America last year were not treated.  And about 60 percent of people over the age of 15 did not get treatment.

what is mental illness?

When a person is unable to think properly, he does not have control over his emotions and behavior, then such a condition is called mental disease.  The mentally ill cannot understand others easily and find it difficult to do everyday tasks properly.

In this regard, the symptoms of mental illness can be different from person to person. It depends on which mental illness he has. Mental illness.  Disease can happen to anyone, whether man or woman, young or old, educated or illiterate, or of any culture, caste, religion, or class. 

If a mental patient takes proper treatment, then he can be cured.  He can lead a good and happy life.  But in most of the cases people are afraid to get counseling that people will think they are crazy and the problem increases.

  The effects of stress on our body and mind in a rapidly changing environment are called stress.  There are two types of stress.  The first - good stress and the second - bad stress.  Where there is promotion due to good stress, there is anger due to bad stress.

  How to behave

  Exercise regularly for 20 to 30 minutes (walking, running or getting up).  This will give your mind time to think.  Meditation Listen to relaxing music.  Close your eyes for 10-20 minutes and feel calm.  Take a deep breath  Calm the mind, and remove stressful things from the mind.  Read a magazine or talk to someone.  By writing down your feelings on paper, or by talking to someone, you can find out the cause of your stress.

  Get rid of these bad habits

  If you go to bed late, if you wake up late every day, stress starts in the morning.  According to the doctor, fatigue, stress and depression will increase as the metabolism of a person who wakes up late is not good.  Research has also shown that people who wake up late often skip breakfast, which can lead to poor body circulation and stress.  Just watching TV for hours is enough to make you feel stressed and frustrated.  Spending time with family or going for walks instead of watching TV for hours will help you to avoid stress.  Smoking increases your stress.  Smoking speeds up the heartbeat, which increases stress.

Ways to avoid stress: 

  Make good friends

  Good friends will give you the empathy you need, as well as the right personal advice in times of depression.

  Eat a balanced diet

  A balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, meat, nuts, carbohydrates, etc. will keep the mind happy.  A balanced diet not only makes the body better, it also makes the sad mind better.

  Conversation

  Talking about your problems is also a great way to reduce stress.  Most of us have a laid back attitude when it comes to painting a picture about ourselves.  Inside choking can lead to more serious problems.

  Take your time

  It is very important that you set aside some time for your own needs and care despite your busy schedule.  Make enough time for rest.

  Start writing

  Writing down your daily activities and emotions helps you to introspect and analyze.  Keep a journal or diary in which you write about how you feel about daily life.  This will help you to get rid of your depression.

  Consult a psychiatrist

  The main and easiest way to get rid of depression is to consult a psychiatrist.  The advice of a psychiatrist will help you to get to the root of depression and get rid of it.
