There is a saying , that anxiety leads to funeral pyre .  Anxiety is a stress that affects your mental health.  Anxious minds make your mood very sad.  Anxiety is killing you moment by moment.  People say, stop worrying but as easily as they say but those people are the ones living in worry.  Anxiety can make your life miserable.


I am also very worried these days because when our weak mentality dominates then we should feel anxious.  Anxiety causes not only big mistakes but also unintentional mistakes.  I have been able to make the right decision in time, so now I have to regret it in my spare time.

 
My only problem is that I don't even try to be permanent in my working life till now.  Having always been successful in my job, it was a big mistake for me not to even try to become permanent long ago.  Yes, there is a job till today but it is temporary.  If not, how do you do all this cool stuff?  I have to regret in my spare time now because I didn't think about it at that age.  How many opportunities came.  I left it all the time.

 
So far, life has been living happily without any pain or stress, but what will happen tomorrow?  In tomorrow's life, there is a worry that we will have to face the poverty that we have not experienced till now due to economic shortage.  I am a person who enjoys happiness and laughter and family happiness.  This is the cause of concern.


I decided not to tell anyone about my worries but to tell my spouse or hubby.  My anxiety subsided a lot when I shared my stress with hI'm.  He also gave me various advice and suggestions.  My headache also decreased.  I told him  all my weaknesses without hiding.  He treated me like an integral friend and offered me various tips to reduce my anxiety.  Which I am presenting in it.  Friends and family relationships can affect mental health, behaviours and even physical health.

 
Numerous studies have shown that social relationships, especially family relationships, can have long-term and short-term effects on a person's mental health.  Depending on the nature of these relationships, mental health can be promoted or negatively affected.


When family relationships are stable and supportive, people with mental health problems or disorders may be more responsive to treatment.  Companionship, emotional support and often financial support can have a positive effect on a person with a mental health problem.

  Some people with mental health problems may need urgent family support, others may need transportation or daily companionship to get to the treatment that most people need in times of need.


If your family is having a negative impact on your mental health, you can see a doctor or counselor to get help for your symptoms and learn strategies for dealing with family problems.


  Your mental health condition is not usually a choice, but you can choose to seek help.  If your family is not helping, it is important to talk to your healthcare provider who can help you understand your options so that you can get the important help you need.

         Why Stress or Anxiety?

All of them have the same answer, their mood is not right.  What causes depression?  The answer is the same, the dialogue is broken.  That is to say, the tendency to talk and do good deeds with each other has disappeared.  They have hidden their problems within themselves.  So they are in a bad mood.  The state of mind is disturbed. People are showing their snob but their inner happiness is declining ferociously.


Children have no friends to play with.  Older people have no relatives to care for.  Teenagers who are studying, young people who are looking for a career, men who are doing business, housewives who are taking care of the house are all in their own race.


Who has what problem, what is playing in their mind, who is struggling with what difficulties?  Don't know each other  Because the order of communication is broken. Many people are living technically but not in emotionally. Now devices like mobiles, televisions have increased the distance of people.


Couples sleeping in the same bed, family members sitting on the same sofa are so engrossed in social media,  they don't even realize that we are living together.  Everyone is lost in their own world.

 
If someone has a problem, they do not consult with each other.  Instead, Google searches.  However, not all Google results are accurate and factual. Google gives you many alternatives but choices of your own may different.


Like, no one is sleeping well.  At night, sleep is suddenly disturbed.  Then she does not tell her husband or wife, who is sleeping with her, about her problem.  Start searching for your problem on Google.  Google offers a number of answers, which may not be reliable in itself.  But, relying on Google's results, they are putting a mental burden on themselves.


When we are worried about something, we are alone.  Do not leave the house or room.  We don't go to work, we don't attend gatherings.  The more we become lonely, the deeper our problems become.  General anxiety or stress can lead to anxiety and depression.  As the problem progresses, we become more prone to severe mental illness.  

At this time, we begin to live in isolation from society, relatives, family.  We begin to feel the burden of our own lives.  Your own life seems to be in vain.  Your own life seems insignificant.  We do not have enthusiasm, enthusiasm, energy.  After reaching this point, we begin to feel that there is nothing left to live for.

How to Eradicate Stress or Anxiety?

1. Make exercise a part of your daily routine.

  If you want to improve your mental and physical health, make it a habit to exercise regularly.  There are many benefits to exercising regularly.  Exercise increases blood flow to the brain, and scientists believe that exercise plays an important role in controlling mood and stress.  In addition, endorphins release the hormone Phil-Good.  Your attention is diverted and you do not have to be stressed.

2. Pay special attention to room temperature and decor.

  Your room is your world which helps you to make sweet dreams from sweet plans. Your bed should be comfortable for sleeping, especially your pillow and bed should be soft, in which you can sleep comfortably.  Also, keep the room temperature balanced.  Stay away from social media in the bedroom if you want your mind to feel very light.  Get rid of socio-economic stress and remember God.

3. Avoid insomnia.

Do not consume stimulants such as nicotine or coffee after midnight, especially if you have trouble sleeping.  Sweet sleep brings vitality to the body.  Avoid smoking and alcohol at all.  Alcohol and coffee can reduce your stress levels, so stay away from these things.  Have a good night's sleep  Sleep is a dose of your mental health.

4. Music always keeps your body and mind fresh.

A 2015  study published in the Journal of Complementary Therapies in Medicine found that when patients were hospitalized in addition to music therapy, they reported significantly less pain, anxiety, heart rate, and blood pressure.  Most importantly, music boosts your happiness hormones.  Scientifically speaking, it can lead you to Nirvana.  How do you ask  So with such good music, your body starts releasing pleasure hormones like serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins.  Your anxiety decreases and your mental health stays strong.

5. Strengthen family ties.

  Nowadays people are so busy that they can't save time except for their work.  In such cases, family members may not be able to give time to their family members.

  Due to the busy lifestyle, each member does not have time to discuss any issue while he is busy with his work.  This can cause anxiety in your tongue.  Communicate regularly in the family. Your differences and the possibility of family quarrels are greatly reduced.  This will make your family relationship better.

Everybody wants to release their mental stress and anxiety of mind. They wish to feel relax and feel great. People have been living in this suffocated industrialized world with heavy tensions and stress in the mind. They are losing their inner satisfaction and happiness. They have to struggle hard to join hand to mouth in daily basis. People are wandering here and there for jobs, opportunities and success in occupations. In their tiresome journey, they are not able to live their desired life. 

The hectic schedule of daily life increases their temper high. They are living in dissatisfaction, anger, ecstasy, frustration, depression, alienation and fragmentation. All above mentioned factors increases mental stress and anxiety very high. The real happiness of personal, family, conjugal, love, sexual, socio economic life lost gradually. These causes may lead them into bad mental health.

In conclusion, everyone needs happiness and sound health to live a joyful life. The vary struggle of human being always targeted to get inner happiness. Different factors play a major role to keep you mental fresh and stress less. Your regular diet, daily schedules, exercises, meditation, high moral, self esteem, self discipline, avoiding internet addiction, good deeds, good thoughts etc. can play an affective role in your overall health aspects. So, your body is your own, you have to decide how to live happily forever with sound mental health.
