 Happiness is an intangible thing that every person is searching for day and night.  It is the birthright of every human being to live happily ever after.  Man's struggle day and night is to be happy and blissful, but in today's busy world, it is becoming more and more difficult for man to achieve happiness through daily life.


 We have always made ourselves so in this fast paced life that happiness is running away from us while searching for happiness.  In the greed of power and money, we are living a frustrated life, losing everything in materialistic happiness.


 We leave home, family and country for happiness and go abroad.  We work hard for happiness.  But happiness is getting farther and farther away.  Even though we are physically fit, our life is getting more and more difficult due to lack of mental happiness.


  Today everyone is wandering in this world in search of happiness.  Real happiness is hard to find.  Problems at home, stress in family relationships, misconceptions about society, health problems, stress at work, lack of money, your happiness is far away.  But in reality, happiness is not as hard as you think. Happiness surrounds you. Only you need to find the real source of that happiness and joy.

A person who stands for the truth never has mental stress.  The cultivation of lies brings you into disrepute.  Another lie you tell to hide a disgrace.  So be on the side of truth.  Truth never loses.

 Don't be afraid!  Lying to save someone's life, to give justice to those who have been wronged is not a sin.


 3. Study inspirational life stories.

 Get in the habit of reading inspirational life stories in your spare time.  The life stories of those struggling people help to boost your self-confidence.  Your self-esteem is an important element of your mental health.  Books and good dramas and movies also help you to find happiness in your life.


4. Do not compare yourself with anyone

First, stop comparing yourself to others. Compare what you have with others. Stop doing things.  No happy to compare what you are and what you have. Satisfaction will bring happiness.
