In today's modern world, people do not have time to think about their health.  In the pursuit of money and power, man has forgotten to take care of his health. 

 Due to hunger for success, struggling life, pain of failure, socio-economic stress, fluctuations of personal life, people have become tired and depressed both physically and mentally.

The busy life is forgetting that health itself is an invaluable asset.  Your health is deteriorating day by day, but you are still considered a healthy person until you reach the hospital.  The mistake that can easily get your claim denied is to fail. 

 You may have material happiness but your mind may be inwardly unhappy and frustrated.  Your mind may be inwardly restless.  Because you are the person who reads your mind.

Now the question arises in your mind how can I be mentally and physically healthy?  Don't panic because your health is in your own hands.  If you take care of your health, you can live a healthy life.  To do this, you need to formulate a "determination" framework and apply it correctly.


What is "determination"?


According to merriam - webster dictionary determination is  a quality that makes you continue trying to do or achieve something that is difficult. Determination is harsh and challenging. You must need your committment. You should collect your will power.


When to start " determination" ?


Everyday is a new day for you. The special day can play significant role in your strong "determination." 
English New Year  has just started.  Similarly, today is February First, new year or new month or new day is also a door to new passions, challenges and opportunities.

  For many, the New Year or special days like birthday , engagement day,  can be seen as an opportunity to start a new job, to make a positive difference in one's life.

The New Year or a special day  is also seen as an opportunity to take the first step as a good time to change your bad habits.  Many believe that New Year's resolutions should be followed throughout the year.

For some, the start of the new year may be setting health goals, losing weight, adopting a healthy lifestyle, and getting into the habit of going to bed and getting up on time.  It takes "determination" to do all these things.

Sometimes we are not satisfied with our behaviour, diary, habits, activities.  We are trying to stop or change our seemingly wrong behaviours, but we are not able to. You need "determination" to change these behaviours.


Why make a "determination" ?


Another name for resolution or determination is faith. Many people are convinced that it can be fulfilled only after making a resolution. However, many may think, why make a resolution and for what?

In this question, If it affects your own diary, it affects you  physically, mentally and socially, then you  have to resolve to improve it.

Example :  If alcohol and cigarettes cause liver and lung damage, then you should resolve to stop drinking alcohol and smoking.  Resolution or determination  can be made if more use of the Internet affects reading and health.

There must be a definite reason behind the decision.  If it is being affected by physical, psychological and social reasons, you have to make a resolution.  It is  said that the decision should be taken in case of negative impact on all the three issues.  But, for that, there needs to be both vision and mission. Both mission and vision can be fulfilled only if you can take the resolution positively.
