       Depression Is Not A Problem

 There is a disease  &  patients are most visible around you.  Depression is one of the common diseases today.  Children, young and old people from all walks of life are victims of this disease.  The cause may be different for everyone, but the symptoms are almost the same.


 what is depression?


 Actually depression is a disorder in which the feeling of sadness and grief surrounds a person for two weeks or more than that .  This reduces interest in life.  Negative emotions take over.


 In depression, a person feels sad and  a person feels his energy level continuously decreasing.  Her everyday life also remains unaffected.

 To be constantly surrounded by sadness.  feel anxious.  Bad mood for one reason or the other.


 Have no hope in life.  Great disappointment


 Feeling guilty, taking life as a burden all the time, and feeling helpless in not being able to do what you want to do.


 Lack of interest in favorite things.


 Insomnia.  Waking up early in the morning or sleeping too much.


 Constant weight loss due to loss of appetite.  Obesity due to overeating.


 Suicide thoughts come to mind.  suicide attempt.

 According to a research, the case of depression is continuously being seen more in school going children.  And this is the reason why the incidence of suicide among children has already increased.  Depression occurs in the child due to poor relationship between parents.

 Depression may not be understood in the beginning, but it has been seen that women get this problem more and sooner than men.  According to rough estimates, one in 10 men and five out of 10 women are at risk of depression.  It is believed that men are hesitant to admit their depression with others  while women fall into depression quickly due to pressure and exploitation and inferior feelings in the society .

 Mental weakness: Mental weakness can happen to a person due to any reason like humiliation, fear, lack of confidence, rigid rules of office, jealousy, lack of love, any loss, death of a loved one etc.  Mental weakness is the first cause of depression or depression.

 Diseases: Along with mental weakness, some people also start worrying more due to their physical weakness and diseases, which gradually start spoiling their balance and this problem becomes the reason for their depression.


 Family problems: Some people have many types of problems in their house like poverty, unrest, family disputes, lack of money etc.  Such people start thinking too much about every little thing and in the pursuit of finding the reason behind it, they make themselves a patient of a terrible disease.


 Loneliness: Loneliness has a very bad effect in a person's life.  Nowadays, this reason is found more in the youth, when their boyfriend or girlfriend cheats on them, then they feel alone and become a victim of depression.


 Genetic: Depression is also genetic.  If your parents were more worried before you were born, then you may also have a habit of worrying.  Especially your mother, if she used to be worried about something during your pregnancy, then you are almost 100% suffering from depression.  That is why a pregnant woman is advised to be happy.


 Unemployment: One of the main causes of depression is unemployment.  There are many such students who get their education due to great difficulties and unmatched hard work but they are not able to get a good job.  Due to being educated, such students are mentally strong and they make a lot of efforts, but even after their tireless efforts, they do not get a job, then in the end they become a victim of depression.


Avoidance measures:


 make good friends


 Good friends provide you with the necessary empathy as well as give you the right personal advice in times of depression.


 have a balanced diet


 The mind remains happy by taking a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, meat, legumes, and carbohydrates etc.  A balanced diet not only makes a good body but it also makes a sad mind good.

 Talking about your problems is also a great way to relieve stress.  Most of us remain confined to ourselves.  Choking inside can lead to more serious problems.


 take time for yourself


 It is extremely important that you take some time out for your own needs and care despite your busy schedule.  Keep enough time for rest as well.


 start writing


 Writing down your daily activities and feelings helps you introspect and analyze your mental problems .  Keep a journal or diary in which daily write down how you feel about life.  It will be helpful in removing your stress ,anxiety & depression.


 consult a psychiatrist

Never hesitate to go to doctors . If you go on time you will get nice treatment .
