Who  is not stressed in this world equipped with modern technology?  Nowadays, even the most powerful and wealthy people, full of money and power, are living under stress from ordinary people who are struggling to run their daily lives.  Man has everything but the tension in the mind has demolished their inner satisfaction.  Stress is a common problem in this world.  Stress has become so harmful that has disturbed the peaceful life  of people around the globe .


The decision of a person who is  living under stress,his way of life, the way of expressing may differ from others.  The real stress that comes to you is the mental stress that is directed towards negativity.  Stress  makes your body weak and your mind fragmented.  Stress destroys your personal life, financially and socially. It decreases the real calibre of your mind.

1. Change your lifestyle first to get rid of stress.

2. Meditate and do yoga.  It keeps you completely healthy both mentally and physically.

 3. Stay with happy and positive people.  Don't hang out with negative people, as they can make you negative.

  4. Get plenty of sleep, but don't sleep too much.  Set a time to go to bed and wake up in the morning.

  5.  Don't think or argue about unnecessary things.  This only adds to the stress.

   6. Share your problem with friends and family.  This will reduce your problem.

  7.Don't eat junk and oily foods under stress.  Eat only a nutritious and balanced diet.

  8. Listen to soothing music.  Don't listen to loud music when you are stressed.

  9. Avoid smoking and alcohol.  Taking it can make you feel relaxed for a while, but then your problem doubles.

  10. Don't always stick to gadgets like mobiles, TVs and laptops.

   11. Don't go for less that your full potential.  Working long hours creates stressful situations.

  12.  Instead of thinking about problems, try to solve them.

  13. Learn something new and creative.

  14. Take a head massage, bedtime or steam bath.  Doing so relaxes the mind.

  15. If you have been suffering from stress for a long time or feel unable to get rid of it, it is important to consult a doctor.


Avoid Stressed  Mood , Enjoy The Nature


Nature is our mother.  Just like a baby is happy in the mother's arms.  In the same way, you can take away the stress of your mind by looking at the beautiful scenery of nature.  You can express your mind in a similar way by looking at a rock falling on a waterfall, comparing the rain with tears and the sky with the huge dreams , the chirping sound of the birds  as an expression of pain, emotions and tragedy.  These beautiful landscapes make your mind happy and cheerful. Beautiful flowers may represent the sweet fragrance of love.

Go to the hill station.  Where  you will find peace and comfort amidst the natural beauty.  Breathing in the open and pure air keeps the mind and brain healthy. Your mood be refreshed.


The Nature is a Good Teacher :


Nature gives us the message to serve with selfless devotion.  Just like the sun gives its energy to the entire living world without any benefit and the entire living world follows his service with a selfless spirit and takes this sequence forward.


To turn life from negativity to positivity, nature is constantly imparting many virtues to man.  It depends on the ability of each person to take it or not to take it. Falling leaves of the tree does not mean the end of the plant.  If we can adopt that parable in ourselves, then despair, despair and inferiority complex towards life will not be born.  There are many such events and examples that happen in nature from which man can gain knowledge of many things.


 Man is the only creature that exhibits all kinds of ego, pride, vengeance and greed, but if you read nature, if you understand it properly, you will be tempted to give as much fruit as you can to others.  The river is not for oneself but for others.  What is greatness?  How many understand it is in its place.


For man, the earth is the courtyard of his house, the sky is the roof, the moon, the sun, the stars are the source of light, energy, creation and nourishment, the river, the sea, the waterfall, the lake, the marine nature,  That's all there is to it!  Nature is also a good teacher for man.  He is giving free knowledge to people in many life- giving subjects by his nature and conduct.  It is no exaggeration to say that nature has made the greatest contribution to what man has achieved so far.


Nature & Mental Health : A reciprocal relationship 

Visiting the natural environment maintains your four health dimensions: mental health, social cohesion, physical activity and blood pressure.  Your stress will be much less.
