20 Important Tips to Adopt Mental Happiness

 Today busyness, stress and unresolved attitude have snatched away the happiness and peace of most of the people.  Despite having wealth, expensive cars, big bungalows, position, identity, influence and money, lack of spiritual satisfaction, fulfillment and solution is making life monotonous. Long lasting irritation may spoil your happy life. Mental health problems may overcome if you feel excessive fear, doubts, worry and anxiety. Happiness connects you and your world together. Inner satisfaction creates happiness. Happiness can release your mental stress easily.

So how do you get happiness in your life? Why do you feel unhappy and sad in the course of living life?  Is there possibility to get pure happiness? Why not. Life can be enjoyed by making changes in some common things, improving the routine and improving one's nature. Happiness is spreading everywhere in this surroundings, just you need to search within yourself and outside. Your inner emotions, feelings, thoughts and actions determine your happiness. Everybody knows mental health consists of our emotional, psychological, and social well being. Handling mental stress and anxiety also exposes your ability to being happy.

Be happy and smiley forever. Never underestimate the Almighty’s gift to you as a human being. You should aware about own tasks. You have to operate the value of human life at bed time. No doubts, you feel happy that this life is precious.

 2. Love yourself: -

 Be proud of yourself, learn to value yourself and learn to live for yourself without being selfish but not suppressing your feelings. The person who loves own self can love others too. You are the boss of your own. You have to perform your duty well. Do good deeds and have good thoughts.

 3. Fulfill your hobbies: -

 Accept your hobbies whether it is gardening or music, dancing or traveling, reading, writing or listening to lectures, watching movies or serials without fulfilling the gilt. Hobbies can easily release your mental pressure of the hectic lifestyles. Your mind indulges in good actions and good thoughts. It increases your mental health well. 

 4. Learn to forgive, do not delay in apologizing: -

 Relationships often get spoiled.  If you do not get the desired behavior, then keep the nobility to forgive, as well as if someone is angry, then apologize immediately, remove the sourness of the relationship. You are not inferior to others, if you beg excuse in the common mistakes too. It shows your obedience and gentility to others. You can feel lighter and happier at those moments. 

 5. 'Leave ego':-

Ego 'ego' hollows out every relationship and we are unhappy.  By keeping the 'ego' away, you will feel a sense of natural bliss.

 6. Learn to forget: -

Be it a relative or friend or colleague, instead of keeping an account of what they did badly, what harm they did; learning to forget will increase the amount of happiness.  Leave the punishment for their mistakes to God.

 7. Compare, stop burning: -

God has given everyone his share of happiness, be happy with what he has given us.  Comparing others, being jealous will not change anything.

 8. Understand the importance of friends and family: -

Good friends will give happiness, understand their importance.  Give time to them and family, spend time.  Win everyone's heart with love; this is your priceless asset.

 9. Release stress:

Don't take unnecessary stress on small things.  Time heals everything.  Share your troubles with friends and family, wife.  The solution will come out.

 10. Learn to praise: -

Develop the mindset of praising others openly.  Nothing will be less for you, but you will definitely get happiness.

 11. Pleasure of giving: -

Sometimes giving small things which are useless for you to the needy ones unknowingly gives a feeling of joy.  Keep distributing toys, warm clothes, books, saris.

 12. Keep distance from mobile and electronic devices: -

 Living without them all day long, not caring about likes on Face book or Instagram will bring joy.

 13. Learn to Forget Age Counting: -

It is frustrating to give importance to age figures again and again.  Keep alive the child hidden inside the mind.

 14. Take care of health: -

There is happiness in life only when the body is healthy.  So keep yourself healthy with morning walk, yoga and controlled diet.

 15. Do not hurt others: -

If your behavior, speech and expression of thoughts do not hurt anyone's feelings and self-esteem, then you will be happy and will avoid suffering.

 16. Do not get into selfishness and greed: -

 Thinking only about you and getting into greed due to selfishness will only give tension.

 17. Find the good in people: - Always trying to find the good in the front brings positivity which is the key to happiness.

 

 18. Attempt to introspect: -

We often do not see or realize our mistake.  Find yourself for ten minutes a day, improvement will happen automatically. Many problems solve easily.

 19. Have infinite faith in God: -

Having faith in God will remove all the worries.  After doing your work honestly and honestly, leave everything to him, all will be well.  Get close to nature.

 20. Change will have to be brought in oneself: -
