Sleep : A Bliss For Mental Health & Indispensable Solutions For Insomnia
Although sleep is indispensable for the human body, sometimes it does not feel sleepy. You can't sleep even if you try hard to sleep. Nowadays, the problem of insomnia has increased a lot.
Although insomnia has different causes for insomnia, it is a disease in itself called insomnia. Although insomnia may seem normal, it can be very harmful to health Dr. Sanjay Baral explains.
Insomnia should not be taken lightly, it can seriously affect our health. Sleep plays a key role in keeping the body healthy, he says.
Although sleep is very important for human beings, now people are losing sleep due to mental stress, smoking and alcohol consumption, coffee consumption, eating and many other reasons. With the loss of sleep, their lifestyle is also becoming unhealthy.
According to Baral, insomnia can lead to stress, diabetes, anxiety, heart disease, depression, respiratory diseases, digestive problems and intoxication. Insomnia not only harms the external body but also affects mental health. Sleep deprivation can lead to stress, lethargy, irritability, and hearing loss.
People need at least seven hours of sleep to stay healthy. Baral explains. But for some, sleep is less than seven hours. Getting up on time is just as important for good health.
Baral suggests that the human body has its own clock and that following the same clock can improve health and prevent various diseases. According to him, the organs of the human body have their own time, they should be allowed to work according to the time.
Generally, you should go to bed at 10-11 o'clock and wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning. Get up and get in the habit of doing physical exercises, workouts and meditation yoga. He suggested that the organs of the human body should follow their routine for their health while working. 3 to 5 o'clock in the morning Lung time, 5-7 o'clock in the large intestine 7-9 o'clock in the stomach, 9-11 o'clock in the digestive system, 11-1 o'clock in the heart time, 1-3 o'clock in the small intestine time, 3-5 o'clock in the kidney time . Yes In this way, different parts of the human body should be allowed to function according to their routine, which will help keep the human body healthy, said Baral.
The problem of insomnia is on the rise due to various stressors, unbalanced diet, chaotic urban lifestyle and excessive use of mobile devices. People run after work and money without caring about health, but that money is ultimately spent on health. Baral has an argument.
People now have to work even at night. Most people who work at night have a habit of sleeping during the day to get some sleep. So Dr. Baral says that sleeping during the day is not good for health and it does not fulfill the night's sleep.
"Our body is not made to sleep during the day time , we need to sleep at night to stay healthy all time," he said. Baral says, "Even people who are forced to work at night should make arrangements to sleep for a few hours for the sake of health at least."
The problem of insomnia is increasing due to physical and mental illness, environment, work, hereditary problems, excessive use of drugs, age, social media addiction etc. Baral explains.
Baral suggests that those with insomnia should consult a doctor, practice daily physical exercise and yoga, and develop the habit of sleeping and waking up on time. He also said that mobile phones and computers should be used less, living in a quiet environment, blue and green colours should be used in the room, adequate air and temperature should be adjusted in the room, drugs should not be used and only go to bed at bedtime.
